It’s no secret that we’re superfans of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, so in celebration of the iam8bit 15th Anniversary, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Skybound and a bunch of really awesome artists for a limited-edition print series. The fourth installment in the series is a print by famed UK artist, Aled Lewis.
This illustration is one for the TMNT history books. At a staggering 36” long, the landscape is brimming with superfan easter eggs. It’s a veritable “Where’s Waldo” for TMNT devotees, boosting lots of familiar faces and locations, but also a cheeky sense of humor that has become a trademark of Aled Lewis’s work. There is so much jam-packed into this print, we can’t possibly show you everything, so you’re just going to have to acquire one of your own to stare at endlessly.
What the heck is a Giclée?
Giclée (pronounced zhee-klay) is a rather fancy-pants word, but it's used with good reason. It means that the print is MUSEUM QUALITY, produced using archival, fade-resistant ink and acid-free, fine art paper.
What’s a “Timed Release”?
This means this print will only be available for a very limited time, and its production run will be determined by the number of orders received. After February 17, 2021, this edition will be closed, and the print will never be produced again. This is, quite literally, your only opportunity to acquire this beauty!
