When will my order ship?

We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 3-5 business days before your order ships (Monday thru Friday, not including weekends). However, PRE-ORDER items (or items ordered with pre-order items) will be shipped together in one package. If you order from an exhibition that is currently hanging in one of our galleries, your order will ship once the show ends (please consult show fliers for more information). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

I’m ordering a pre-order item… When will my card be charged?

Cards are charged at point of purchase to secure your pre-order.

Do you ship to my country? How much will shipping cost?

We ship to most parts of the globe! The best way to calculate the shipping cost is to add the product you’d like to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you can input your shipping information WITHOUT entering any billing information. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until the billing portion of the checkout process is completed : )

I don’t live in the US. Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

Customs is very unpredictable, so we can’t include duties and/or taxes in the shipping price. Therefore, any additional duties and/or taxes accrued from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

I ordered a bunch of awesome stuff all in one order… When will they ship?

All items in an order ship at the same time. Since some pre-orders ship at a later date, all items in the order will be held until that date. If you would like to receive anything sooner, please place a separate order. Contact [email protected] if you’ve made a mistake or would like to revise an order.

I ordered multiple things at once, but only received one of them… why???

Sometimes we have to ship items separately to minimize any damage that may occur during shipping. When we do, you’ll receive multiple e-mails with specific tracking information for each shipment!

I made two separate orders… Can I combine them to save on shipping?

MAYBE! If they fit within the same type of packaging, that shouldn’t be too hard. If it is a vinyl and a print, we won’t be able to combine the order due to the specialty packaging required for these fragile items.

I just received my order and it’s damaged : ( Can I get a replacement?

Probably! Send us an e-mail with your order number, and a description and photo of the damage. We’ll be as helpful as possible.
